Jan is our customer service rep. She has a passion for helping people in need and loves working in a place that exists to do just that. She’s also a wonderful listener and has a gift for calming people in frustrating situations, skills that likely developed over her two-year time on the mission field in Haiti.  Two of her favorite things in life are books and the relationships she has with her friends.
