When you call into Just Plain Values Erica’s friendly voice is the one that greets you. We call her our Customer Service Rep, but any number of titles could fit her job description; Office Manager, Project Manager, Accounts Manager, Billing Department, and everything else that could go unnoticed around here. To say she is vital to our team would not be saying enough. She does it all and manages to put up with all of us.
